I like this, but I am not 100% about the eye, the lines around it make it look like the dinosaur is wearing mascara. Also the line that stretches to from the top of the dinosaur to the top of the shirt, touching the collar, kind of takes the attention away from the design itself.

You did a nice job on the dinosaur though.
