I love this but didnt vote cause the monkey dick is gross and would prevent me from wearing this shirt.  

jdub, why you find a cartoon of a monkey dick offensive I will never know. It's an interesting point though. Nirvana released two versions of the album, the orginal (intended) version did have a babies penis. Some people found this offensive and so some versions of the CD cover do not include a penis. I thought to hell with it, its going in. It comes from a good place, nothing perverted intended here. Its a humour point. Im sorry you missed the joke.
